The body has always been one of Yazan Orabi’s central subjects. In these works the female and male nude dissolves into colour and line: bodies fold into each other, lips and breasts surface inside abstract forms, and desire is painted as something felt rather than shown.

This is sensual, erotic fine art in the tradition of the painted nude — figurative, abstract at the edges, and made for collectors who live with art, not decoration.
